Parkour Ninja 40

Programs

NINJA

Similar to Parkour, Ninja Warrior is all about completing an obstacle course as quickly as possible. It focuses on speed, agility and power. You will learn to complete unfamiliar obstacle courses by quickly assessing your environment and developing solution strategies. Our Training Programs

strength, agility, endurance.

What is

Ninja WARRIOR?

Like parkour, Ninja Warrior is about completing an obstacle course as fast as you can — but with the focus squarely on speed, agility, and power. Athletes learn to size up an unfamiliar course on the fly and find the smartest, quickest way through.

It’s a full-body challenge: grip strength and upper-body endurance for obstacles like the Salmon Ladder and Cliffhanger, plus the balance and rapid transitions to handle Floating Steps and the Warped Wall. Just as important is the mental side — the resilience to keep going when an obstacle fights back. Our coaches build all of it, progressively and safely.

And it’s for everyone. Our youngest athletes start at age four, and you’re never too old to join — adult classes are available too.
