Parkour Ninja 40

Programs

GRAVITY

Gravity is PN40’s recreational program — a hybrid sport blending the obstacle challenges of Ninja Warrior with the flow and efficiency of parkour. Built for every age and every level, it’s the funnest way into movement training.

Our Recreational Training Program

WHAT IS

GRAVITY?

Gravity is our recreational track — and the easiest way to fall in love with movement. It blends two worlds: the obstacle-course challenges of Ninja Warrior and the fluid, efficient movement of parkour. The goal isn’t just to finish a course; it’s to flow through it — smoothly, quickly, and creatively.

Athletes progress by mastering more than strength and speed. Gravity rewards adaptability, control, and creative expression, turning walls, rails, ropes, ledges, and platforms into a playground for problem-solving and confidence.

Best of all, Gravity meets every athlete where they are. Whether your child is brand new or already chasing flips, there’s no pressure here — just a “flow mindset,” expert coaching, and a whole lot of fun.

LEVELS

Parkour Ninja 40 follows the WFPW (World Freerun Parkour Federation) training methodology for the Ninja Kids and Parkour Academy training. This training is aligned with GymQC / Parkour Quebec training goals for Parkour and Ninja Canada League goals. Our program is set up by levels, using wristbands to identify the level of the athletes.

White Belt

Start here: safety habits, strength, balance, and the fundamentals.

Orange

Building basics: the first technical vaults.

Yellow

Finding flow: advanced vaults and the first bar work.

Green

Beginner to intermediate: smooth transitions, speed, and strength-based climb-ups.

Blue

Into freerunning: advanced movements with the first flips and tricks.

Red

Toward mastery: a wider movement vocabulary and advanced somersaults.

Purple

Intermediate to advanced: competition-level "lines," flow, and creativity.

Black

Mastery: linking competition-level movements — "Be Strong to Be Useful."

Register for Gravity

Gravity demands training in multiple areas:

  1. Functional Strength – with an emphasis on grip, upper body, and core strength.
  2. Parkour Skills – to build speed, fluidity, and confidence when navigating various obstacles.
  3. Balance and Precision – honed on narrow surfaces and uneven terrain.
  4. Creativity and Adaptability – building confidence in improvising movements based on the obstacles in front of them.
  5. Endurance and Focus – both mental and physical endurance play critical roles, especially on longer courses.

Ready to roll? Registration is quick — pick your session, choose your child’s age group, and you’re in. Every 10-week session includes a step-down discount, so the more you commit to, the more you save.
